Please use the following format in your emails so as to increase efficiency

• Size (If applicable):
• Quantity:
• Mode of Collection: (Normal Postage/Registered Postage/Meet-up)

Step 2: Confirming Order
Upon receiving your order, X 'clusive Attic will inform you of:

• Payment Info
• Stock Availability*
  (Please make payment within 3 days after confirmation)

If we did not receive your payment within the next 3 working days given, your order will automatically be voided. Do email us if you need more time.

Step 3: After Payment
Please inform X 'clusive Attic of:

• Transaction Amount
• Transaction Date & Time
• Transaction Number
• Bank (UOB/POSB)
• Modes of Payment
  (Internet Banking or ATM Transfer)

Last & Final Step: Delivering of Goods

  or post your questions in the tagboard provided. We will reply you asap.

• We will refund the full amount to you if your order is out of stock.

• NO refund will be made if you cancel your order after payment.
